Members can access consultation support with an experienced consultant up to 60 minutes per month, depending on membership level.

What are the different membership plans available?
We offer two membership plans:
- Evolutionary Membership: Max 30 minutes per month.
- Revolutionary Membership: Max 60 minutes per month.
Can you give legal advice on the hotline?
No, we do not provide legal advice. We will inform you when it's necessary to consult a
lawyer or a consultant.
How do you determine if a topic is suitable for the hotline or requires further consultation?
We use a similar philosophy to determining when a client needs a higher level of care. If the
subject matter requires detailed consultation or resources beyond quick problem-solving or
brainstorming, we will recommend further consultation.
Can you help me start a group practice?
No. You may use the hotline to explore reasons why you might like to start a group practice,
but we will not provide you details for how to do so. We recommend becoming a member of The Group Practice Exchange to learn how to build your group practice.
Can you help me start a solo private practice?
No. You may use the hotline to explore reasons why you might like to start a solo practice,
but we will not provide you details for how to do so. Sarah often provides private practice
trainings through NASW, so check www.headheartbiztherapy.com for upcoming training
opportunities.
Do my hotline minutes roll over per month?
No. Hotline minutes will reset every month.
What kind of issues can I discuss as an employer?
Common topics include:
- Challenging staff issues and seeking ideas
- Personnel concerns
- Feedback on new policies or procedures
- Quick problem-solving feedback
- Strategies for marketing
Can you help create deliverables for my business?
No. We can provide feedback but are not able to create deliverables (such as practice forms,
complete policies, financial analyses, etc.). If you are interested in this you can contact Sarah to
schedule a consulting session.
What support can I get as an employee?
We can provide feedback on:
- Ways to address your employer
- Questions to ask your employer
- Strategies to connect to your personal power and feel confident advocating for yourself
- Growing your expertise in your field
- Strategies for client retention or any other Key Performance Indicators to which you're being held
- Strategies for marketing yourself
Can you provide supervision for client issues?
No. We cannot provide supervision through GP(R). If you’d like supervision from Sarah, you

Will you tell me what is right or wrong?
We won't tell you what is right or wrong unless it has the potential to cause imminent harm.
Instead, we guide you with examples and coach you through similar situations, helping you find
your own solutions.
How will you help me with my concerns?
We will ask you a lot of questions to guide you to your own personal power and what you really want
for yourself. Our aim is to empower you to make decisions that are best for you or your
business.
Can I discuss new policy or procedure feedback?
Yes, you can get feedback on new policies or procedures and how to roll them out effectively.
Can you help me with personnel concerns?
Yes, we can discuss personnel concerns and offer ideas for managing practice dynamics.
Can I seek help on ways to grow my expertise in my field?
Yes, we can provide strategies and guidance to help you grow your expertise and advance in
your field.
